The handle braid (tsukamaki) is made of artificial leather. Easily wrapped on the handle of the bokken without lining, tightly pressed and does not ride on the handle. The length of the braid is 4 meters (fully enough to rewind the bokken handle with traditional weaving). It can also be used as a winding on an iaito or katana.
