Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. If the product needs to be replaced with another one at the buyer's initiative (different size, different color, etc.), the buyer must pay the costs associated with returning the product and the costs of re-sending the product.

To start a return, you can contact us at return@bokutoshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you received a package with damages that significantly affect the use of the goods, you must inform the carrier about this and draw up a damage report. This is necessary in order to receive an insurance premium in connection with damage to the goods during transportation. After you inform the carrier about this, contact us by mail return@bokutoshop.com, we will consider your appeal and decide on a full or partial refund. In the event of loss of the parcel by the carrier or complete damage to the items during delivery, the buyer will be refunded the full cost of the items and cost of delivery.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Partial refund

By agreement between the seller and the buyer, there may be a partial refund in case of problems with the product within the 30-day return period.

If the buyer refuses to pay VAT and, as a result, the parcel is returned to the seller, the seller makes a partial refund, which includes the full price of the products, but does not include the cost of delivery.

If the buyer returns the goods on his own initiative, he will be refunded the full cost of the goods without the cost of delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
