Shipping policy

Generally, we will send the items as soon as possible once your payment is completed. Typical processing and dispatch times are 1 to 5 business days. In some cases, there may be delays in sending for several days (restrictions on the work of organizations associated with a pandemic, on holidays and weekends, etc.). We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected. It may take from 14-21 business days on average. This is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country.


Shipping Method: EMS, ePacket, Parcel (carrier Ukrposhta, www.ukrposhta.ua)


Delivery Time:
a. EMS usually takes up to 14-21 working days (not including holiday and weekend)
b. ePacket usually takes 14-21 working days (not including holiday and weekend) in the USA, and 21-30 working days to other country).
c. Parcel usually takes 21-30 working days (not including holiday and weekend)
Note: Sometimes it may be delayed by many unsteady factors like customs, flights, weather, etc which are uncontrollable. Please be patient and you will receive the parcel.

Shipping FAQ

Is Shipping Included VAT?
No. Bokuto Shop is not a tax agent and does not collect taxes. When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Generally, these fees are hard to predict and are paid by the buyer. If the buyer refuses to pay VAT and, as a result, the parcel is returned to the seller, the seller makes a partial refund, which includes the full price of the products, but does not include the shipping cost.


How Do I Change My Delivery Address?

How Do I Cancel An Order?
Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to cancel as once it is shipped we cannot cancel it for you. Contact Customer Service (sales@bokutoshop.com).

 

The Package I Received Is Damaged?
If you received a package with damages that significantly affect the use of the goods, you must inform the carrier about this and draw up a damage report. This is necessary in order to receive an insurance premium in connection with damage to the goods during transportation. After you inform the carrier about this, contact us by mail return@bokutoshop.com, we will consider your appeal and decide on a full or partial refund.

 

Where Is My Package, I Didn’t Receive It?
You can track the package on the website of our carrier (www.ukrposhta.ua) or check the tracking information on the website of your national carrier. We always make sure that all orders are received by our customers. If you have any problems with the delivery of your order, write to us by mail shipping@bokutoshop.com. We will check all the information and contact you to clarify the details.
