Shipping policy
Generally, we will send the items as soon as possible once your payment is completed. Typical processing and dispatch times are 1 to 5 business days. In some cases, there may be delays in sending for several days (restrictions on the work of organizations associated with a pandemic, on holidays and weekends, etc.). We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected. It may take from 14-21 business days on average. This is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country.
Shipping costs are not included in the price of the product and are paid additionally. The shipping cost depends on the weight of the products and the country of destination and is calculated during the order process before payment.

Delivery Time:
1. ePacket PRIME usually takes 14-21 working days (not including holiday and weekend). Package dimensions up to 60 cm and weight up to 2 kg. The package is delivered to the door without a signature. If it is not possible to leave the package or there are problems with the delivery address, the package is stored at the delivery point and can be picked up within 15-30 days. If the package is not picked up during the storage period, it will be returned to the sender.
2. Parcel usually takes 14-21 working days (not including holiday and weekend). Parcel dimensions up to 105 cm and weight up to 30 kg. The package is delivered by courier to the address for signature. If the sender is absent during delivery or there are problems with the delivery address, the package is stored at the delivery point and can be picked up within 15-30 days. If the package is not picked up during the storage period, it will be returned to the sender.
3. EMS usually takes up to 14-21 working days (not including holiday and weekend). EMS package dimensions up to 150 cm and weight up to 30 kg. The package is delivered by courier to the address for signature. If the sender is absent during delivery or there are problems with the delivery address, the package is stored at the delivery point and can be picked up within 10-14 days. If the package is not picked up during the storage period, it will be returned to the sender.
Note: Sometimes it may be delayed by many unsteady factors like customs, flights, weather, etc which are uncontrollable. Please be patient and you will receive the parcel.
Tracking number: after sending the order, a track number is provided for each type of shipment, by which you can track the movement of the order. Tracking does not show intermediate points of the route, but updates the information upon arrival in the destination country. The buyer is responsible for tracking their order, providing the correct delivery address, and, if necessary, picking up the order from the delivery point on time.

Is Shipping Included VAT?
For shipments to the United States only, the import tax (VAT) is included in the shipping cost and is not paid by the recipient.
For all other countries, import duties and customs taxes (VAT) are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient according to the customs policy of their country.
When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Generally, these fees are hard to predict and are paid by the buyer. If the buyer refuses to pay VAT and, as a result, the parcel is returned to the seller, the seller makes a partial refund, which includes the full price of the products, but does not include the shipping cost.

How Do I Cancel An Order?

The Package I Received Is Damaged?
If you received a package with damages that significantly affect the use of the goods, you must inform the carrier about this and draw up a damage report. This is necessary in order to receive an insurance premium in connection with damage to the goods during transportation. After you inform the carrier about this, contact us by mail return@bokutoshop.com, we will consider your appeal and decide on a full or partial refund.
Where Is My Package, I Didn’t Receive It?
You can track the package on the website of our carrier (www.ukrposhta.ua) or check the tracking information on the website of your national carrier.
