Makiwara is a unique training equipment that is used for hardening fists in various Chinese schools of martial arts as well as karate training. The correct rigidity of the spring board will help you build up your technique and harden your fists for a great punch. Through training with this simple device, you can learn to break several boards or tiles with one blow. It can be conveniently mounted to the wall at the required level or be fitted to the pole, tree and other objects using ropes or belts.
